The Modoc Lassen Indian Housing Authority (“MLIHA”) has been requested to inquire on the interest of a rehabilitation program for Quartz Valley Tribal Members who own their own home.
The MLIHA has a Home Improvement Assistance Program that is a financial assistance program developed to assist with improvement costs associated with maintaining the integrity of a Tribal member’s home. The program requires an application process to determine eligibility criteria.
If you are a Quartz Valley Tribal member who owns your own home and would like to be considered under this survey and would like the Quartz Valley Tribe and the MLIHA to consider this program, please complete the “Housing Needs Survey” (below).
