Every year, QVIR Environmental Department supports a six-week long aquarium program for the local elementary, middle, and high schools. Staff install a fish tank in each classroom so students can observe trout eggs transform from egg to alevin to fry. Staff also prepares weekly curriculum and activities for participating classrooms such as macroinvertebrate labs and fish dissections.
